When are credits deducted?+
An estimate is held when a task starts; the actual amount is deducted when it finishes and the rest is released. Failed tasks cost nothing.
Do credits expire?+
Purchased credits never expire. Bonus credits follow campaign terms.
Can I get an invoice?+
Every payment gets an invoice. Add your billing details on the Billing screen.
Who owns what I create?+
You do. You must have rights to your source material; see the Terms of Use.
